KEY OBJECTIVE
Trainee, key objective of thisposition would be to ensure that Development and Deployment is carried out with a view to achieve set targets through properplanning & efficient resource management. In this role you will be accountable for your own growth as an Application Developerassisting the current teams assigned to you and taking responsibilities as and when you feel you are ready to take it to the nextlevel.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
The Application Developer Trainee has the following key responsibilities:
• Application Development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and peripheral technology to build the solution for customer
• Involvement in Requirement gathering, Prepare fit-gap analysis
• Prepare Functional Design Document (FDD) and Design application program flow
• Develop and deploy the solution
• Demonstrate as-is system
• Import / Export Data / Data migration
• Participation in Go-Live activities
• Support for Projects / Version Upgrades
• Provide Instruction Manual
• Provide End-User Training
Additional Position Specifications:
• Provide End-User Training
• Can be a fresh Graduate or 0-1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Conceptual clarity in understanding the functioning of ERP.
• Good communication, presentation & planning skills.
• Good analytical skills
ROLE PRE-REQUISITS
Good to have know-how of Dev-ops, Git-hub, and Microsoft tools and stack used in providing Microsoft Dynamics Solutions.
